He said that life science and technology innovation is related to the national economy and people's livelihood and national security, and is highly consistent with the core requirements of high-quality development and the needs of the people to improve the quality of life and health level. In recent years, the Henan Provincial Party Committee and provincial government have deeply implemented the strategy of "innovation-driven, science and education revitalizing the Province, and talent strengthening the Province", built a "three-pillar" scientific and technological innovation pattern with the Central Plains Science and Technology City, Central Plains Medical Science City, and Central Plains Agricultural Valley as the pillar platform, and focused on building a national innovation highland and an important talent center, and achieved remarkable results.
